When I heard the team responsible for one of my favorite restaurants anywhere in the world, Bombay Canteen, was opening a new spot, I almost booked a flight then and there to go check it out, without any idea what the concept was. It turns out they went with Goan-fusion fare for O Pedro, which worked out perfectly for me since my trip to Mumbai was soon after my very first visit to Goa.
