The cafÃ© Noglu in Paris is something of a revelation: the gluten-free joint (does the name make sense now?) is actually a super-stylish salon, not quite what I’d picture a gluten-free establishment to look like. The aesthetic is the brainchild of Parisian designer Mathieu Lehanneur, and I wrote about it in the February issue of Surface. Read it here.
